DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment - often sooner.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Occasionally an item may run out of stock - should this happen, the other items on your order will be despatched and you will be notified by email. You will then have the option to wait for stock to arrive, change the item to an in stock one (if applicable) or receive a refund for the out of stock item.

HOW TO PAY
You can order and pay online by credit/debit card using Paypal - the No. 1 Secure Internet Transaction Site. You can also pay by post with a UK £cheque/ postal order. By copying details of your order and payment along with your address to Influence, 76 Front Street, Birstall, Leicester LE4 4DP.

CURRENCY
We can only accept foreign currencies if payment is made by credit/debit card using the Paypal system. Paypal will automatically convert your currency into UK Sterling. Unfortunately we can only accept cheques or postal orders that are made out in our own currency of UK Sterling.

RETURNING GOODS
If you are not happy with the goods, you may return them within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging i.e. shoe box. Any returned items should be sent by registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We will not refund any postage costs except in exceptional cirumstances.
